Hugo is the Statutory Town that is the county seat of Lincoln County, Colorado, United States. The town population was 730 at the U.S. Census 2010.

The racial makeup of the town was 96.38% White, 0.79% African American, 1.24% Native American, 0.45% from other races, and 1.13% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.84% of the population.
